When you chat with Bill’s clients, over and over they describe him as “professional, dedicated, enthusiastic, patient and personable,” and Bill would have it no other way. Since 2002, he has had the pleasure of representing home buyers and sellers in the Denver-metro area. “I enjoy helping people through what can be a daunting process of buying and/or selling a home while forming life-long relationships. I consider myself to be a project manager, paying attention to the big picture and all the details along the way that lead to success for my clients.”
After initially working in commercial real estate, Bill partnered with his sister first at Re/Max and then Kentwood. After 7 years “in the middle” of working at his own brokerage, he did some soul searching. “I realized I enjoyed real estate the most during my time at Kentwood, so I rejoined in 2013. The level of professionalism and genuine caring for clients and colleagues alike is unmatched and inspiring!”
Born and bred in Colorado, Bill graduated from Heritage High School in Littleton and the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA in Communication. Those deep roots give him insight into neighborhoods in both the city and suburbs, enabling him to help his clients achieve their dreams.
Bill is a passionate supporter of the Denver Rescue Mission as well as the Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance. What are some ideals he lives by? “Always be patient and kind. The next time you see a clerk at the store or a server in a restaurant struggling, remember that anyone can have a bad day and everyone has a first day. Be grateful for what you have and always look for ways to pay it forward. Listening is the most important part of effective communication.”
